You can start selling from Day 1 without manual typing.
How does the packaging unit conversion (tablet vs strip vs box) work?
When ringing up an item, your cashier can select whether they are selling a single tablet, a strip of 10, or a full box. The system automatically calculates the correct proportional price, deducts the precise quantity from your master stock, and prevents inventory discrepancy.
What is the difference between the 24,000 PKR/mo plan and the 50,000 PKR one-time plan?
The 24,000 PKR / month plan is our Cloud + Offline hybrid mode: you can sell offline whenever the internet is down, and everything automatically syncs to the cloud when connected, enabling multi-device access, real-time owner mobile dashboards, and automatic cloud backups. The 50,000 PKR plan is a one-time lifetime license for a 100% Fully Offline setup on your counter PC with zero monthly or recurring renewal fees.
Does Kynex POS work without internet?
Yes. Both plans are built offline-first: you can sell, print receipts, scan barcodes, and update inventory even with no internet. In the hybrid plan, as soon as the network returns, every transaction syncs automatically to the cloud.
Is the tax invoicing FBR / SRB / PRA compliant?
Yes. Invoices include the required Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN), QR code, line-item tax breakdown, and buyer CNIC capture where needed. Reports map directly to FBR monthly sales tax returns.
What hardware do I need?
Anything from an Android tablet to a Windows counter PC or laptop. We support standard thermal ESC/POS receipt printers (58mm and 80mm), USB/wireless barcode scanners, and cash drawers.
Can it track batch numbers and near-expiry drugs?
Yes. Batch numbers, expiry dates, and color-coded near-expiry alerts (30, 60, 90 days) are built in. You can easily generate expiry reports to return near-expiry stock to pharmaceutical distributors on time.
How do I migrate from another POS?
